We are confident that your garden is going to love Garden Library's Plant Labels, but in the odd instance that something goes wrong, you can simply return or exchange your order for free within 90 days.

To organise a return or an exchange, please email our support team at support@gardenlibrary.com.au with your order number and the reason you would like to return your Plant Labels so that we can process your request.

We do require that the original packaging is kept in good condition and used to return the product.

​

Once your request has been process and approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. Simply print off the new label, stick it over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.

After being received and processed by our returns department, we will issue a full refund or exchange on the order.
